In the same parade of shops visit Milano Fashion House one of many tailors in Khaosan Road but the only one I go to.
About 50 meters along Khaosan Road the gym at Buddy Lodge is the best hotel gym I have ever visited.
Bear in mind that if you go to Khaosan Road, the evening time is likely to be extremely lively.
